Christine

Born in Olso, Norway, Christine also lived in Switzerland for a short time before her family relocated to Ottawa in 1973. Christine and Shan have successfully worked side by side for over five years in the real estate business. She is also his long term partner and the pair recently welcomed a daughter to their family. Christine has joined the team in the position of an Administrative Assistant, bringing with her the experience she has gained from working for many years in the IT sector.

Christine’s experience in the IT sector has seen her work as a freelance computer programmer; for Jetform and also for Adobe in Ireland. Her programming and business analysis skills have enhanced the many abilities she employs when working in the real estate business, especially on the administrative side. Christine dabbles in photography and often contributes valued home staging advice to clients preparing their homes for sale.

Gail joined the team in May 2006 to work exclusively with home buyers. She has experience working with both sellers and buyers in the past, which has enriched her understanding of the Ottawa real estate market and contributed to the significant professional abilities she employs in working with home buyers. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2004, Gail has successfully found homes for clients across the city, thus she has a broad understanding of the many different property types and neighbourhoods that grace our great community.

First time buyers and experienced home-owners alike can be assured that Gail will guide them throughout home buying process in a most efficient and ethical manner. Her clients receive exceptional service and the highest level of professionalism, respect and loyalty throughout and beyond the buying process.

Gail has a long and varied history as an active community volunteer. She has chaired the National Capital Region YM-YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, the Y Human Race fundraiser; and the Y – Tee Up for Kids Annual Golf Tournament. She was a member of the Kidney Foundation Eastern Branch Vernissage Art Festival Organizing Committee and is currently an organizing committee member for the Cancer Research Society of Canada Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament.
