Gail joined Janny and Jeff in May 2006 to become the team’s buyer specialist. Gail has previous experience as both a buyer and listing agent. Since becoming licensed in 2004, Gail has successfully found homes for clients across the city, thus she has a broad understanding of the many different property types and neighbourhoods that grace our great community.

Gail is an active community volunteer. She chaired the National Capital Region YM-YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, the Y Human Race fundraiser; and she was a member of the Kidney Foundation Eastern Branch Vernissage Art Festival Organizing Committee. Currently Gail is a Co-Chair of the Y – Tee Up for Kids Golf Tournament.

With five years of real estate experience, Michelle's current function as the office manager and fully licensed assistant to Janny and Jeff consists of a broad range of activities and responsibilities.

From the preparation of paperwork, to the photographing of properties to arranging our marketing efforts, Michelle is involved in managing nearly every aspect of the teams’ ever-growing real estate business.
